Our refund policy is focused on offering each customer the security and confidence that comes from being able to make the purchase online and have absolute certainty that the buyer's rights will be respected. From FUTBOL SOLUTION we are faithfully committed to this matter, our objective being to guarantee the security of your purchases.

Following the current legislation in Spain, a period of 14 days will be respected in order to reject your order and return your purchase provided that the item is in perfect condition. Therefore, we reserve the right not to accept the return of those items that show any damage or modification, or customization.

FUTBOL SOLUTION goes a step further, and increases to 30 days the right of each client to reject the order from the reception of the same by the consumer in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
The products must be returned in the same state in which it is received.
The refund of the purchase will be made, always, after receipt of the items. The refund of the amount of canceled orders will be made in the same way in which they were paid, a few days after receipt of the returned item.

In the case of returns from non-mainland origin both postage and customs charges shall be borne by the sender.

In case the incidence is caused by defects of the product, FUTBOL SOLUTION commits to manage it directly with the brand. The customer must send the product to the address of our warehouse. In case the brand admits the change, FUTBOL SOLUTION will take charge of the new shipment to the address that the client requests.

In order for the incident to be considered defective, the client must report it within a period of one month after receiving it. If this time is exceeded, no defectives are allowed.

No refund of customized products will be accepted, unless they present some type of factory defect or the screen printing is not the one specified in the order confirmation emails.

We thank our customers to check the e-mails that we send with the specifications of the orders, so they can check that the serigraphs are correct, since we do not accept changes of personalized products.

Those items that are not available in our warehouse, at the time of payment of the order will be subject to availability and delivery times for the particular brand.
